I’m Shelley Rassenfoss, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Metabolic Balance® Certified Coach, helping women restore balance, energy, and metabolic stability through personalized, bloodwork-based nutrition.

Many women I work with feel disconnected from their bodies after extended periods of stress, health challenges, or major life transitions. They may experience fatigue, digestive issues, disrupted sleep, stubborn weight changes, or a sense that their body is no longer responding the way it once did — even when they’re eating well and doing “all the right things.”

My approach is rooted in listening to the body rather than forcing it. Alongside Metabolic Balance®, I’m certified in bioenergetic assessment, which allows me to observe patterns of stress, imbalance, and nutritional needs at a deeper level. This combination helps bring clarity to what the body is asking for and creates a more precise, individualized path forward.

Through my own journey with hormonal shifts and metabolic changes, I discovered how powerful it is to support the body in the right order — stabilizing blood sugar, calming the nervous system, and gently rebuilding metabolic resilience. Healing doesn’t come from restriction or intensity, but from alignment and consistency.

Today, I guide women who are ready to move out of survival mode and into a place of stability, confidence, and renewed vitality. I believe the body is intelligent, responsive, and capable of profound balance when given the right support — and it’s an honor to walk alongside my clients as they reconnect with their health.

I’m the founder of Inspired Wellness, a holistic nutrition and wellness practice where I support women through personalized, root-cause-focused care.

My practice blends Metabolic Balance® nutrition coaching with nutritional therapy and bioenergetic assessment to create highly individualized wellness plans. By combining bloodwork with insight into the body’s stress patterns and energetic signals, I help clients gain clarity around metabolic function, hormonal balance, digestion, and overall resilience.

I work with women who have been through prolonged stress, complex health experiences, or major life transitions and are ready for a more thoughtful, personalized approach to nutrition. My focus is on rebuilding metabolic stability, calming the nervous system, and restoring trust in the body — without restriction, overwhelm, or one-size-fits-all solutions.

I support my clients through structured coaching, education, and compassionate guidance, allowing sustainable changes to unfold at a pace the body can respond to. I believe true wellness begins when the body feels safe, nourished, and understood.
