Tanya Cameron is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Metabolic Coach, and Yoga Instructor who helps menopausal women and busy professionals navigate the metabolic and hormonal changes that often come with midlife.
Her passion for wellness began in 2008 as a yoga instructor, but her work became deeply personal when, in her early 40s, she experienced her own struggles with digestive changes, weight gain, and declining energy—despite living what appeared to be a healthy lifestyle. Refusing to accept that feeling “off” was simply part of aging, Tanya pursued advanced training in holistic nutrition and metabolic health to uncover the root causes of these changes.
Today, she combines lived experience with professional expertise to help others restore balance, increase energy, and create sustainable health from the inside out.
