I am an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and a Metabolic Balance® Certified Coach, specializing in helping women navigate perimenopause and menopause with clarity, confidence, and sustainable results. My work is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, giving me a deep understanding of how hormonal shifts, stress, and metabolic changes can affect energy, weight, sleep, and overall well-being.
After years of working with women who felt frustrated by “doing all the right things” without seeing results, I was drawn to Metabolic Balance® for its highly individualized, science-based approach. I believe strongly that there is no one-size-fits-all solution—especially during midlife. Each woman’s body has its own biochemistry, history, and needs, and lasting change happens when those factors are respected.
My coaching style is supportive, realistic, and education-focused. I help women understand why their bodies respond the way they do and how food can be used strategically to support hormone balance, metabolic health, and long-term vitality. My goal is not quick fixes, but empowering women with the tools and confidence to feel better in their bodies and sustain results well beyond the program.
- Information on practice
-
My practice is dedicated to supporting women—primarily in perimenopause and menopause—who are ready to improve their metabolic health, balance hormones, and feel more like themselves again. Through the Metabolic Balance® program, I guide clients using personalized lab-based nutrition plans that are tailored specifically to their biochemistry, lifestyle, and health goals.
Rather than focusing solely on weight loss, my approach addresses the bigger picture: stabilizing blood sugar, reducing inflammation, supporting digestion, improving sleep, and restoring energy. Many of the women I work with are dealing with symptoms such as stubborn weight gain, fatigue, mood changes, disrupted sleep, digestive issues, elevated cholesterol, or insulin resistance—and are looking for a structured yet supportive plan that actually works.
Clients receive education, accountability, and ongoing guidance throughout the process, helping them understand why their plan works and how to maintain results long term. I prioritize sustainability, simplicity, and realistic habits that fit into real life.
My mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and supported during this stage of life—using food as a powerful tool for healing, balance, and vitality.
