When you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause and feel confused by changing symptoms or what your body now needs, you deserve clear, evidence-based guidance and a practitioner who understands this life stage.

I work with women in midlife who want to improve metabolic health, manage symptoms, and regain confidence in their bodies. With over two decades of experience in clinical practice and health education, I take a whole-systems approach that looks beyond symptoms alone and considers how hormones, metabolism, gut health, skin health, and inflammation interact during menopause.

I use the Metabolic Balance® program as a structured, personalised framework to support concerns such as weight gain, hot flushes, disrupted sleep, digestive issues, blood sugar instability, and inflammatory skin changes. Developed from individual bloodwork, the program provides targeted nutritional support that respects each woman’s unique physiology rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.

My work is grounded in nutritional science and guided by practicality. I place strong emphasis on education so clients understand what is happening in their bodies and why, enabling sustainable change without restriction or extremes. Real food, metabolic regulation, and long-term health foundations form the core of my approach, with supplements used only when appropriate.

I offer consultations online and in person, tailoring support to symptoms, lifestyle, and goals, and providing steady, informed guidance through the biological and emotional shifts of menopause.

Qualifications & Training

PhD candidate (in progress) – menopause research;

Master’s degree in Human Nutrition;

Graduate Certificate in Health Research Practice;

Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Dermal Therapies);

Advanced Diploma of Nutritional Medicine;

Certified Metabolic Balance® Practitioner.

Additional Training

GAPS Practitioner Certification;

Health Coaching Certification (IIN);

Confidence in Menopause Training.
