Hey! I’m Jennifer Edwards, a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist, and Metabolic Balance® Coach based in Calgary, AB. I support women over 40 who want to feel at home in their body again—losing weight in a healthy way, supporting their hormonal health, and having the energy to enjoy the things they love.
Since 2021, I’ve been coaching women through the Metabolic Balance® program, mostly women in their mid‑40s, 50s, and beyond who are noticing stubborn weight, brain fog, hot flashes, and changes in sleep and mood. Many of my clients arrive feeling frustrated and a bit defeated; together we focus on small, doable changes that actually fit into real life, not a perfect one.
My clients often describe me as calm, kind, and down‑to‑earth. I’m not here to judge you or your past attempts—just to help you find a way of eating and living that feels sustainable and supportive for this stage of life. I draw on my training in holistic nutrition, Metabolic Balance®, and menopause coaching to explain the “why” in simple language and make the “what to do next” feel clear, manageable, and encouraging.

In my practice, I support women 40+ who are ready for a more personalized and sustainable approach to weight, health, and menopause symptoms. Instead of handing you another generic plan, we look at your bloodwork, health history, and day‑to‑day life so your recommendations actually make sense for you.
We use the Metabolic Balance® program as a clear structure, and I guide you through each phase so you’re not guessing what to do next. Together, we focus on simple meal structure, blood‑sugar and appetite regulation, digestion, and the way your hormones influence energy, mood, and sleep, with changes you can build on over time.
Coaching sessions are held online, which gives you flexibility while still having regular support and accountability. My intention is that you feel heard, supported, and encouraged—not judged—while we find what works for your body and your life.
