Natasha Botwright is a holistic weight and health coach specialising in metabolic health and sustainable weight loss for women over 40. She is also passionate about supporting women in rural and regional areas with limited access to services.
Many of the women Natasha works with have already invested time and effort into their health and are now looking for a more personalised, structured approach that reflects the realities of midlife. Natasha’s work recognises that changes in metabolism, stress load, and long-term dieting history require a different strategy; one that is precise, personalised, evidence-based, and realistic to maintain.
Natasha is a certified Metabolic Balance® practitioner, naturopath, hypnotherapist, behaviour change coach. She is the creator of the Mind Your Weight program, which integrates personalised Metabolic Balance® nutrition planning with coaching, education and ongoing support. The program is designed to support metabolic function, weight loss, and long-term consistency.
Clients value Natasha's calm, evidence-based, grounded approach and her ability to translate complex health information into practical guidance from more than 20 years as a scientist. The focus is not on extremes or rigid rules, but on creating a framework the body can respond to and clients can sustain long after the program ends.
