Hi, I’m Agnieszka Blicharz (Agnes B.), a Certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Metabolic Balance® Coach, and culinary expert.

As a mom of two, I know how easy it is to put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own. Between family, work, and everyday life, taking care of yourself can quickly end up at the bottom of the list.

I work with women in perimenopause and menopause who feel like their bodies have changed and they don’t know why. They may be eating the same way they always have, yet the weight keeps creeping up, their energy is lower, and what used to work no longer works. It can be frustrating and confusing.

I also work with women and men who are looking for support with weight loss, low energy, sleep concerns, digestive issues, emotional eating, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, and creating a healthier relationship with food.

Food has always been a big part of my life. I love cooking, sharing meals with family and friends, trying new recipes, and of course a good cup of coffee. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me hiking, walking my dog, staying active outdoors, or spending time with my family.

I believe healthy eating should support your life, not take it over. My goal is to help you better understand your body, feel confident in your food choices, and find an approach that feels realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable.

Services are available in English and Polish. I work with clients across Canada and around the world through virtual coaching, so no matter where you live, I can support you on your health journey.

The Metabolic Balance® Program is based on your blood work, health history, and personal goals. Your nutrition plan is created specifically for you, helping take the guesswork out of what to eat.

Together, we work on understanding your body’s signals, creating simple habits, and finding an approach to eating that feels realistic and sustainable.

I believe food can be a powerful tool for supporting health. My goal is to help you understand what to eat, why it matters, and how to use food to support your body, reach your goals, and maintain your results for the long term.
