I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and an Ayurvedic Practitioner, and I have a deep respect for how the body functions when it’s properly supported.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I help people understand their own body — how they digest food, process stress, and move through daily life — so they can make choices that truly work for them.
I’ve been plant-based since 2010 and have guided many women and men into this lifestyle in a way that feels realistic, satisfying, and sustainable. That said, you don’t need to be plant-based to work with me. I meet you where you are and support you in a way that aligns with your goals and your life.
My approach is supportive, honest, and focused on creating lasting change rather than quick fixes.

My practice focuses on gut health and hormone balance, with digestion at the center of everything I do.
Many of the symptoms you struggle with (bloating, low energy, skin issues, inflammation, weight fluctuations) often trace back to how well your body digests and absorbs nutrients. When digestion is supported, everything else tends to fall into place more easily.
I work with clients to get to the root of what’s going on, rather than just managing symptoms. This includes looking at nutrition, lifestyle, stress, and daily rhythms through both holistic and practical lenses.
All plans are personalized. I combine holistic nutrition, Ayurvedic principles, and real-life strategies to create something that feels doable and sustainable in the long term.
I work with clients online from all over the world and also offer in-person sessions in Kelowna for local clients.
At the core of my work is helping people feel better in their bodies: more energy, less discomfort, and a stronger sense of trust in themselves and how they eat.
