I have been a fitness instructor and coach for over 30 years. My passion for fitness quickly developed when I discovered group fitness on my quest to lose my ‘freshman 15’. Through my own personal health and weight challenges over my 30+ years in the fitness industry, I have come to realize that fitness is not just about weight control or even the ability to perform exercise. Fitness for me is holistic-a state of overall health and well-being that goes far beyond appearance, supporting the ability to move through daily life with less pain and more strength, energy, and vitality!

With that, I began my journey as a health and lifestyle coach in 2023.

Then in 2025, I received the difficult news that the ongoing pain and limited mobility in my hip was due to Osteoarthritis. This was devastating for me. I felt completely betrayed by my body. How could this be when I worked so hard to be ‘fit’ and ‘healthy’!? Over the next several months I researched and tested different things in hopes of feeling better. Through my research, I discovered Metabolic Balance and was intrigued by the scientific approach of taking my personal blood values to determine the exact foods that would optimize my nutrition and hopefully in turn reduce inflammation in my body. Despite already having healthy exercise, lifestyle and nutrition habits, the benefits of following my Metabolic Balance plan were incredible! My energy skyrocketed, pain significantly reduced and mobility improved. I could finally sleep on my side again! Bonus benefit-I lost over 15 pounds and got down to my high school weight! I knew immediately that adding personalized nutrition from Metabolic Balance to my lifestyle coaching would be a total game changer for my clients and their health and wellness.
