I’m Ashley Harris, Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, and founder of Atomic Health Whole Body Wellness.

My passion for health and wellness comes from personal experience. Before beginning my own nutrition journey, I was where many of my clients are now, feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of what my body truly needed to feel better. I understand what it feels like to try different approaches, only to feel stuck, frustrated, exhausted and disconnected from your health.

That experience is what led me to pursue holistic nutrition and eventually become a Metabolic Balance® Coach. I wanted to understand the body on a deeper level and help others find a more sustainable, supportive, and individualized path to wellness.

I created Atomic Health to provide a compassionate and realistic approach to health that focuses on the whole person, not just symptoms or numbers on a scale. Using the Metabolic Balance® program as the foundation of my work, I help clients support metabolism, improve energy, balance blood sugar, and create sustainable habits that fit into real life. It changed my life!

My coaching style is supportive, upbeat, educational, honest, and empowering. I believe wellness should not feel restrictive or overwhelming. It should feel balanced, achievable, and sustainable long term.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that lasting transformation happens when we stop fighting our bodies and start learning how to properly nourish and support them.

Atomic Health Whole Body Wellness was created from both professional training and personal experience. Before beginning my own nutrition journey, I was where many of my clients are now, feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of what my body truly needed to feel better. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how difficult it can feel to navigate health and wellness when nothing seems to work long term.

Because of this, I built Atomic Health to be a supportive, personalized, and realistic approach to wellness. My practice focuses on helping clients move away from restrictive dieting and quick fixes, and instead learn how to properly nourish and support their bodies in a sustainable way.

Using the Metabolic Balance® program as the foundation of my approach, I help clients improve metabolism, energy, blood sugar balance, digestion, hormone health, and overall wellbeing through individualized nutrition and lifestyle support.

At Atomic Health, I believe health is about more than food alone. Stress, sleep, movement, mindset, and daily habits all play an important role in how we feel. My goal is to help clients create lasting change through consistency, education, compassion, and realistic strategies that fit into everyday life.

I am passionate about helping clients feel empowered, supported, and confident throughout their wellness journey while creating habits that support long-term health and balance.
