With more than 35 years of experience in holistic wellness and over 50 years of lived practice, I bring a deeply integrated approach to supporting the body, mind, and metabolism. I am a certified Metabolic Balance® Coach and a holistic wellness practitioner, guiding clients with a blend of evidence‑informed nutrition, somatic awareness, and compassionate coaching.

My practice is intentionally inclusive. My lived experience within gender‑diverse communities shapes the safety, nuance, and compassion at the heart of my work. I support women 40+, gender‑diverse women, and wellness practitioners or coaches who spend so much time caring for others that they often forget themselves. I understand the unique pressures, identities, and lived experiences that shape their relationship with nourishment, energy, and self‑care.

Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, I work with diverse communities and ensure that every client feels understood, respected, and supported in their preferred language.

My approach is both structured and intuitive: I honour the precision of your Metabolic Balance® plan while also considering your lifestyle, your emotional landscape, and the deeper patterns that influence your relationship with food. Whether you are navigating digestive discomfort, emotional eating, weight changes, or the fatigue of a busy life, I walk with you step by step—always with warmth, clarity, and intention.

My practice is built on a simple belief: nourishment should feel supportive, not stressful. I help clients understand not only what to eat, but why their body responds the way it does—so they can make choices with confidence and self‑trust.

Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from their body. I work closely with women 40+, gender‑diverse women, and wellness practitioners or coaches who are ready to reclaim their wellbeing after years of prioritizing others. Some struggle with emotional eating, digestive issues, metabolic imbalances, or weight fluctuations. Others simply want to feel lighter, clearer, and more at ease in their daily life.
