Hi, I’m Cara, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist with a background in biological sciences and psychology, and a certified Metabolic Balance Coach.
I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and understand what they truly need to function well. My approach is rooted in both science and compassion—recognizing that health is not just about food, but also about hormones, stress, mindset, and lifestyle.
I take a gentle, realistic approach to change. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or stuck, and I work to simplify the process so it feels sustainable and supportive—not restrictive or extreme.
I have a special interest in metabolic health, digestion, hormone balance, and more complex or chronic concerns. I’m always learning and refining my approach so I can better support each individual in a way that truly fits their body and their life.

At Radical Nutrition, my focus is on personalized, data-driven nutrition that supports long-term health and balance.
Using the Metabolic Balance program, I create individualized nutrition plans based on each client’s bloodwork. This allows us to move beyond trial-and-error and instead follow a clear, structured path that supports blood sugar regulation, hormone balance, digestion, and sustainable weight management.
My practice is built on the belief that small, intentional changes can create powerful results. Rather than overwhelming the body with aggressive protocols, I prioritize simple, effective strategies that help restore balance and improve overall well-being.
Clients can expect a supportive, non-judgmental environment where they are guided step-by-step, with education and encouragement along the way. The goal is not just short-term results, but lasting transformation and a deeper understanding of their own health.
