Carine is certified by the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and holds a Certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University. Curious and committed to ongoing learning, she continually researches emerging trends to provide her clients with up-to-date, evidence-based guidance.
In addition to her private practice, Carine is also actively involved in community and corporate wellness initiatives. She is a key contributor to Rise to Wellness Day, an annual event organized by the Barry F. Lorenzetti Foundation that raises funds for mental health initiatives. In this role, she collaborates with the organizing team to support the planning and delivery of this bilingual wellness event, including identifying expert facilitators and helping shape the educational experience for participants.
She also volunteers at The Pepper Pod, a non-profit organization supporting women veterans—many navigating PTSD and the transition to civilian life—where she delivers workshops on different topics such as global health and menopause. Moreover, Carine offers corporate training on key wellness topics such as gut health and blood glucose management.
Before entering the wellness field, Carine worked for over 15 years in Human Resources. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montreal and a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Development from Université Laval.

Carine Watier is an experienced wellness professional dedicated to helping her clients build sustainable, healthy lifestyle habits. In her private practice, she guides clients to adopt meaningful changes that support optimal health.
Her holistic approach addresses challenges such as sleep, energy, stress management, physical activity, nutrition, hormones, inflammation, gut health, weight management, and mental well-being.
In December 2025, Carine also became a Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, a personalized nutrition program based on blood biomarkers and designed to support metabolic health, weight management, and long-term lifestyle change. Through this approach, she helps clients better understand how their body responds to food and guides them in building sustainable eating patterns tailored to their individual physiology.
She is also certified as a Naturotherapist allowing her to provide insurance receipt for each consultation.
