As an Orthomolecular Health Practitioner and Registered Nutritionist, my approach is rooted in biochemistry and the understanding that each person is uniquely different. I focus on getting to the root of your health concerns by looking at how your body is functioning on a biochemical level, rather than taking a one size fits all approach.

My practice goes far beyond simply telling people what to eat. I support a wide range of health concerns, including fatigue, low energy, blood sugar imbalances, and diabetes. I also work closely with hormonal health, including hormone imbalances, perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS.

Many of my clients come to me dealing with low grade chronic inflammation, digestive issues, food sensitivities, allergies, and intolerances. I also provide support with detoxification and restoring balance so the body can function optimally.

I work with individuals at all stages of life, including athletes who are looking to improve performance, recovery, and endurance. I also recognize the strong connection between nutrition and mental health, and support clients with stress, mood, emotional well being, and sleep challenges.

To better understand what is happening in your body, I offer a variety of functional testing options, including food sensitivity testing, hair mineral analysis, and omega 3 testing, among others. These tools allow for a more personalized and targeted approach to your care.

My focus is always on prevention and long term health. Together, we look at the full picture your physical, mental, and emotional well being to create a plan that is realistic, supportive, and tailored to your lifestyle.
