I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), a Certified Metabolic Balance Coach, and a firm believer that nutrition should be the foundation of a vibrant, tranquil life. My journey into holistic health was driven by a desire to understand the 'why' behind our wellness—moving beyond calorie counting to look at how our unique biochemistry influences everything from our energy levels to our moods.

I don’t believe in 'one-size-fits-all' health. My personal philosophy is rooted in the idea that our bodies are incredible systems that, when given the right fuel and environment, have an immense capacity for harmony. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me practicing yoga, attending a Zumba class, or walking my dog, Lola, on local nature trails. I believe that health is a collection of these small, intentional moments—the food we eat, the way we move, and the peace we cultivate in our homes.

I bring this same grounded, supportive energy to my coaching. I know that changing your lifestyle can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to be the steady hand that guides you through that transition. I’m here to help you cut through the noise of the wellness industry and focus on what actually works for your body.

In my practice, I specialize in helping individuals move from metabolic confusion to metabolic harmony. I am the founder of the ADAPT nutrition method, a framework designed to bridge the gap between clinical science and everyday life. By integrating the Metabolic Balance program into my practice, I provide my clients with a precise, blood-test-backed blueprint that takes the guesswork out of eating.

What to expect when working with me: My approach is highly personalized and deeply supportive. We start by looking at your unique blood chemistry to create your Metabolic Balance plan, but we don't stop there. Through the ADAPT method, we look at your lifestyle as a whole. We address hormonal balance, digestive health, and the practical habits that make a healthy lifestyle sustainable for the long term.
