Hey! I’m Jess. I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Mind Body Spirit Release Practitioner, Nervous System Fitness Coach, and a mom of 2.

I support women in survival mode...especially busy, burnt-out moms...to regulate their nervous system, balance hormones, and stabilize blood sugar so they can feel calm, energized, and more in control of their body again.

I’ve personally experienced what it feels like to live in survival mode: running on empty, overwhelmed, and disconnected from my body...and that experience is what led me to this work and fuels how I support my clients today.

Many of the women I work with feel exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle of stress that shows up as low energy, mood swings, anxiety, poor sleep,inflammation, and the feeling of “doing everything right” but still not feeling well.

At the root, it’s often a combination of a dysregulated nervous system, imbalanced hormones, and unstable blood sugar...all deeply connected and constantly influencing one another.

My approach focuses on bringing the body back into balance in a simple, sustainable way through personalized nutrition and lifestyle support. We work on:

• Regulating the nervous system so your body can shift out of fight-or-flight

• Supporting hormone balance through targeted nutrition and daily habits

• Stabilizing blood sugar to reduce cravings, energy crashes, and inflammation

• Building realistic routines that fit into a busy mom life

This is about helping your body feel safe again so it can function the way it’s designed to.

When your nervous system is regulated, your hormones and metabolism can begin working with you instead of against you. From there, energy improves, cravings decrease, mood stabilizes, and weight becomes easier to manage.

My goal is to help you move out of survival mode and into a steadier, more supported state where you feel like yourself again: calm, clear, and energized.

My practice supports women who are struggling with low energy, stress, and hormone-related symptoms, often while feeling like they are stuck in survival mode.

I specialize in helping women restore balance to three key systems that are deeply connected: the nervous system, hormones, and blood sugar regulation. When these systems are out of sync, it can impact metabolism, mood, energy, sleep, and overall wellbeing.

Through the Metabolic Balance program combined with personalized nutrition and lifestyle support, clients receive a clear, structured plan tailored to their body’s unique needs.

Each client begins with a detailed health assessment and individualized nutrition plan designed to support metabolic and hormone balance, regulate the nervous system, and stabilize blood sugar. From there, we focus on building simple daily habits that support consistency and long-term results.

In my practice, we work on:

• Supporting nervous system regulation to reduce chronic stress patterns

• Improving hormone balance through targeted nutrition strategies

• Stabilizing blood sugar to reduce cravings, fatigue, and energy crashes

• Supporting healthy metabolism and sustainable weight regulation

• Creating realistic routines that fit into busy lifestyles, especially for moms

My approach is supportive, educational, and practical. I focus on helping clients understand what their body is communicating and how to work with it rather than against it.

This is a structured, individualized process designed to help the body return to balance so that symptoms improve naturally over time.

The goal of the practice is to help women feel more energized, emotionally balanced, and physically well, so they can move out of survival mode and into a more stable, supported state of health.
