Hi, I'm Lacey Rudulier, a Certified Nutritional Counselor and Metabolic Balance Coach with a passion for helping women feel better in their bodies.

My work focuses on women in perimenopause and midlife who are struggling with fatigue, bloating, weight gain, inflammation, poor sleep, and the frustration of feeling like nothing works the way it used to. So many of the women I support are doing their best to eat well and take care of themselves, yet still feel stuck.

I began my career 10 years ago as a Certified Fitness Leader, which eventually led me into nutrition, hormone health, and a deeper approach to supporting women's health. My personal experiences have also shaped the way I coach. I know what it feels like to move through hard seasons in life and to have your health feel more complicated than it should. Because of that, I bring a lot of empathy, honesty, and real-life understanding into the work I do.

My approach is rooted in 3 key pillars: nourishment, movement, and nervous system support. I believe women deserve more than generic advice or another restrictive plan. They deserve support that is personalized, practical, and designed to work in real life. As a Metabolic Balance Coach, I love combining science-backed nutrition with a whole-person approach to help women feel more informed, supported, and confident in their health journey.

My goal is to help each woman feel seen, supported, and confident. I want women to understand their bodies better, feel more in control of their health, and know that lasting change does not come from extremes.
