In 2021, I chose to turn my passion into a profession by pursuing a career in holistic nutrition. As a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, my mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health—whether it’s managing chronic symptoms, improving gut health, supporting weight management, increasing strength and endurance, or promoting long-term wellness.

Throughout my teens, 20s, and 30s, I struggled with weight fluctuations, overeating, intense sugar cravings, anxiety, and stress. In 2019, I hit a turning point. I was dealing with persistent fatigue, digestive issues, joint inflammation, and a general sense of discomfort in my body. I began making changes—going to the gym and adjusting my diet—but it wasn’t until participating in a weight loss challenge that I realized my previous understanding of “healthy eating” needed a shift. That experience sparked a deeper transformation. I learned to truly listen to my body and fuel it in a way that supported both my physical and mental well-being. Taking it one step further, discovering Metabolic Balance and becoming a coach, I now have even more appreciation towards foods that can heal our body, give us energy, and help us feel satiated, satisfied and have a positive relationship with food.

Sweet Nutrition and Wellness was created from a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals feel better in their bodies—physically, mentally, and emotionally—through sustainable, realistic nutrition and lifestyle practices. At its core, the practice is built on the belief that health is not achieved through extremes, restriction, or quick fixes, but through consistency, education, and a balanced approach to fueling the body for life.

With a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition, Sweet Nutrition and Wellness supports clients across a wide range of health goals, including weight management, muscle building, heart health, hormone health, and general wellness.

What sets Sweet Nutrition and Wellness apart is its commitment to addressing the root cause of a client’s concerns rather than simply focusing on surface-level symptoms. Whether a client is struggling with weight fluctuations, low energy, digestive concerns, emotional eating, or inconsistent habits, the approach is always individualized and thoughtful.
