Hi, I’m Lisa—a nurse, certified Metabolic Balance® coach, and busy mom of four.

After my fourth child, I found myself struggling with energy, weight balance, and figuring out what truly worked for my body. That’s when I discovered Metabolic Balance®. Going through the program myself helped me understand which foods my body thrives on, what it struggles with, and how powerful the right lifestyle changes can be.

That experience is why I’m so passionate about guiding others through this process. I understand the challenges of a busy lifestyle, the frustration of trying different “quick fixes,” and the relief of finally finding something that works and is sustainable.

With my medical background and personal experience, I’ll support you every step of the way—not just to reach your goals, but to help you maintain your results for life.

I’m Lisa Gill, a nurse with over 15 years of clinical experience in emergency care, preventative health, and patient education. As a certified Metabolic Balance Coach, I take a personalized, science-based approach to helping clients improve their metabolic health, lose weight sustainably, and feel better overall.

I truly believe that no two bodies are the same. That’s why I focus on identifying your individual imbalances and creating a tailored nutrition plan that supports hormone regulation, stabilizes blood sugar, and promotes long-term results—not quick fixes.

My goal is to simplify the process and make it realistic for your lifestyle. I work closely with you to provide guidance, accountability, and ongoing support so you not only see results, but understand your body and how to maintain those results long-term.
