I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and graduate of The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. I am also a Metabolic Balance Coach and a member of the Canadian Association of Natural Nutritional Practitioners.

I help clients improve their health naturally and sustainably. I believe true wellness goes beyond nutrition alone and is rooted in supporting the whole person, body, mind, and spirit.

I work with each individual to create a personalized approach that supports energy, digestion, weight, and overall well-being, while also considering emotional health and lifestyle habits. Through Metabolic Balance, we focus on the four pillars of health: nutrition, exercise, stress management, and sleep.

With a structured, personalized meal plan and holistic lifestyle support, I help clients build realistic habits that are achievable and sustainable. My goal is to support you in improving how you feel in your body, regaining control of your health, and creating lasting change that fits your life.

I am here to guide and support you throughout your journey so you can feel more balanced, energized, and connected in your everyday life.

Information on practice

My practice focuses on Metabolic Balance coaching and holistic nutrition support through personalized programs designed to support long-term health and sustainable lifestyle change.

Sessions are offered online, allowing clients to access support from anywhere. Each client begins with an initial consultation to review their health history, goals, and lifestyle.

From there, I support clients in implementing their personalized Metabolic Balance plan and provide ongoing guidance to help them stay consistent and confident in the process. My work focuses on nutrition, lifestyle habits, stress management, exercise, and sleep to support overall well-being and balance.
