Hi, I’m Mélanie Haché — Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach, holistic nutritionist, wife, and mom of three.

Like many of the women I work with, I understand what it feels like to juggle a full life while trying to take care of your health. Between family, responsibilities, and the constant demands of everyday life, it’s easy to feel disconnected from your body — especially when your energy is low, your sleep is off, and your weight no longer responds the way it used to.

This is what led me to specialize in helping women over 40 restore balance in their bodies. I’m passionate about guiding women to stabilize their blood sugar, support their hormones, and rebuild their energy using a personalized, realistic approach that fits into their lifestyle.

My coaching is rooted in education, but also in compassion. I don’t believe in restriction or perfection — I believe in helping you understand your body so you can work with it, not against it.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me in the kitchen creating simple, nourishing meals, spending time with my family, or sharing tips and recipes inside my community, Wellness Reclaimed.

My practice is dedicated to helping women 40+ regain their energy, balance their hormones, and feel confident in their bodies again through the Metabolic Balance® program.

Using a personalized nutrition plan based on your unique blood work, I guide you through a structured yet flexible approach designed to:

  • Stabilize blood sugar levels
  • Support hormone balance
  • Improve energy and sleep
  • Reduce cravings and support sustainable weight loss

Beyond nutrition, I support my clients in creating simple daily habits that promote long-term success — including mindful eating, stress management, and nervous system support.

This is not a quick fix. It’s a sustainable, whole-body approach designed to help you feel your best now — and for years to come.
