After navigating my own experiences with weight gain, inflammation, low energy, and hormone-related changes, I became passionate about helping other women move through this transitional stage with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of trust in their bodies.
My approach is grounded, practical, and sustainable - focused on helping clients reconnect with food, understand their metabolism, and create habits that support long-term health rather than short-term fixes.
