I'm Shubakshi Rawla, a certified Holistic Nutritionist from CSNN, Canada, a Metabolic. Balance® Coach, Perimenopause & Menopause Coach, and a Reiki Master Practitioner. With a passion for good health, I am dedicated to educating others on achieving optimal wellness through nutrition and lifestyle choices.
Growing up in India, I learned about the healing properties of herbs and spices from my mother, who has home remedies for every health issue. Her wisdom inspired me to pursue a career in supporting others through nutrition. For years, I have struggled with weight issues, and as I entered the perimenopause phase, it became an even more challenging situation.
As a Holistic Nutritionist, I started my journey as a Metabolic Balance® Coach to further support my health and the health of my clients. After being on the plan for a few weeks, I noticed a drastic improvement in my sleep, energy, weight, and general mental well-being. So, I am not just a MetabolicBalance® coach, but also a client. With a vast interest in hormones, gut health, and their interplay with each other, I understand the challenges and obstacles that come along. However, I believe that perfect health is a flawed idea, as we are constantly healing, evolving, growing, and learning. That's why I provide personalized guidance that considers each person's unique requirements, blood chemistry, and preferences.
At the core of my work is the belief that optimal health comes from balancing the body, soul, and mind. I combine modern science with ancestral wisdom to create customized, nutritious food plans and lifestyle strategies for each of my clients.
