Welcome!
My name is Tracy Frohlick, and I am a Certified Nutrition Practitioner, Metabolic Balance Coach, and Pilates Instructor with over 25-years experience working in movement re-education. The body’s ability to transform itself encompasses my holistic approach to helping clients attain their health goals. I believe everyday is an opportunity for progress. It is my mission to help my clients feel better in their bodies for longer, so they can keep doing the things they love. This means nourishing the body with both essential daily movements and health-giving food.
I will offer a safe and non-judgement approach to your health and well-being, and would be thrilled to help you feel like yourself again!

I offer virtual Pilates group classes and private sessions, as well as nutrition and Metabolic Balance coaching across Canada.
Movement Educator:
I have over 25-years of experience teaching Pilates and movement re-education, and love to tackle areas of pain so you walk away feeling better every time. I love working with beginners or people who are regaining their strength after injury or illness. My areas of specialty are breath work, pelvic floor conditioning, back pain and I have a special interest in Parkinson’s Disease.
Nutrition Coach:
My approach to nutrition and lifestyle coaching is also geared to getting results. We will address any difficulties you are experiencing and make sure you have all of the tools you need to successfully find sustained results. Lifestyle coaching is a key element of my program. I know how detrimental poor sleep and stress are to any health goals. My job is to educate you, so that you have the answers and skills to make the best choices for yourself moving forward.
Metabolic Balance Coaching:
Metabolic Balance is a science-based program that creates a personalized nutrition plan based on your blood values to help you balance metabolism and hormones while releasing weight and inflammation. I will guide and support you every step of the way with virtual meetings and weekly accountability check-ins.
