I’m a former varsity and competitive athlete, which sparked my passion for understanding how nutrition shapes our energy, mood, and performance.

While building my corporate career and struggling with digestive issues and high stress, I trained as a registered holistic nutritionist and became deeply interested in how food influences our overall health, mood, metabolism, weight and hormones.

After years of experimenting with paleo, vegan, macros, keto, and clean eating... everything finally clicked when I started the Metabolic Balance program. The results were so transformative that it completely shifted how I approach health and especially women’s health today.

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist specializing in helping busy, high-achieving women lose weight, get lean, and feel more balanced in their bodies. My work is deeply rooted in holistic nutrition, with a focus on whole, nutrient-dense foods and lifestyle factors that influence hormones, gut health, metabolism, and mood.

Many women I support experience stubborn weight gain, low energy, digestive concerns, mood changes, or disrupted sleep despite doing “all the right things.” These challenges are often driven by blood sugar imbalances, chronic stress, gut dysfunction, inflammation, and hormonal disruption.

Through personalized, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle strategies, I help clients restore gut health, regulate hormones, stabilize mood, and improve metabolic function. The approach is realistic and sustainable, and designed to fit into full, demanding lives.

My goal is to help women feel energized, clear-minded, and confident so they can thrive both personally and professionally.
