My name is Arooj, and I’ve been involved in the fitness training and coaching industry for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I’ve mentored individuals at different stages of their fitness journeys, from beginners to experienced athletes. I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds, allowing me to understand how different bodies work and to create personalized plans.
Furthermore, I have worked with individuals with diabetes, sleep disorders, mental health challenges, as well as clients across different age groups. Throughout my career, I’ve learned how to adapt to different lifestyles, recognizing that everyone lives differently and requires an approach that is both realistic and sustainable. This allows clients to maintain long term progress without unrealistic boundaries or expectations placed upon them.

My focus depends on each client’s individual goals. I create customized training and nutrition, to each person’s body and lifestyle. My primary focus areas include weight loss, strength training, body recomposition, and helping clients build habits that support lifelong health. My program is adapted for individuals of all ages, including younger and older populations, as well as those who may require additional support.Nutrition planning includes working within specific cultural and dietary requirements, such as halal and kosher practices when needed. Vegetarian individuals are also welcome.
