Living with autoimmune thyroid disease, I knew I needed a lasting, sustainable solution. Metabolic balance offered me science-based tools to optimize my energy, support my hormones, and manage my weight effectively.

I’m a pilates instructor and rehab expert with over 10 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Known for my no-nonsense approach to movement, health, and wellness, I have developed proven scientific strategies and clinical protocols to guide individuals on customized health journeys through intentional movement, mindset hacks, and highly personalized nutrition. My expertise lies in Pilates and yoga, with a specialization in post-rehabilitation.
