At Whole Labs, we focus on how body and mind work together to create lasting metabolic health. Our Metabolic Balance program begins with an assessment of your health, including medical history, lifestyle factors, and blood tests, to identify your unique metabolic needs, nutrient imbalances, and stress patterns. Together, we define your goals & challenges, so your journey starts with clarity and direction.

Session 1: Blood Test & Intake (45 min)

We gather a complete picture of your health to understand metabolism, nutrients, and stress responses.

Session 2: Nutrition Plan & Supplements (45 min)

Based on your blood results, you receive a personalized nutrition plan and targeted supplement guidance, so you know exactly what to eat to support energy and weight goals.

Session 3: Biorhythm (45 min)

We align meal timing, light exposure, and sleep hygiene with your circadian rhythm to improve energy, fat burning, and sleep quality.

Session 4: Stress & Metabolism (45 min)

You learn how stress hormones affect insulin, cravings, and weight, and practice practical tools such as stress management and breath regulation to calm the nervous system.

Session 5: Psychology & Eating Behavior (45 min)

We address emotional eating, cravings, and behavioral patterns, helping you feel more in control of your food choices and environment.

Session 6: Toxins (45 min)

We assess your exposure to toxins from cosmetics, cleaning products, food packaging, and your living or working environment that may affect hormones, metabolism, and energy. You receive practical recommendations to reduce toxic load and support your body’s natural balance.

Everything comes together in a long-term strategy focused on relapse prevention, flexible eating, and sustainable energy management. Education helps you understand your body and health patterns so you can create lasting change.

We offer remote consultations worldwide, as well as in-person sessions in Abu Dhabi & the Netherlands, in English or Dutch.
