Hi! I'm Briana, a nutrition therapist and certified Metabolic Balance coach. I'm also a mom to two girls who keep me very busy when I'm not seeing clients!
I have a deep passion for working with people and helping them reach their health goals. I truly believe that everyone is different and requires an individualized approach, which is why each client I work with receives a personalized plan that can adapt to their unique needs over time.
I'm very patient with my clients, and it genuinely fills my cup when they begin to notice changes in their body and feel more confident in their health. There is so much misinformation in the health and wellness space, and it's my mission to help bring clarity and guidance so people feel supported instead of overwhelmed.
My goal is to help clients build a foundation for long term health- to have energy to live fully, stay independent, and enjoy life at every stage, including rolling around on the floor with grandkids. My practice is centered around accountability and support. I know firsthand how challenging habit and behavior change can be, and my role is to walk alongside you throughout the entire process so you're never facing obstacles alone.
I provide ongoing guidance, regular 1:1 check ins, and availability by text between sessions to help troubleshoot challenges as they come up. Whether you need encouragement, clarity, or adjustments along the way, I'm here to support you.
In addition to nutrition coaching, I offer grocery tours to help you feel confident navigating the grocery store, reading labels, and making food choices that support your health. I also provide education around practical non-toxic swaps for household and personal care products, with a realistic approach that doesn't feel overwhelming.
We focus on all aspects of health, not just food. This includes sleep, stress, movement, and other lifestyle factors that play a major role in how your body functions and feels day to day.
I work with clients virtually, and for those local to Littleton, CO, I'm happy to meet in person. My husband and I own a gym, which is where I see local clients who prefer in-person support.
As a certified Metabolic Balance coach, I guide clients through a structured, personalized process designed to support meaningful and lasting change. I'm deeply invested in your success and committed to helping you feel confident and supported every step of the way!
