I’m Lisa — a Certified Metabolic Balance® Coach and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach dedicated to helping high-achieving women restore their energy, balance their hormones, and reconnect with their true selves.

I get it — I lived the corporate marketing life, moving at full speed until the stress and burnout wrecked my health and left me feeling disconnected from who I really was. My own journey of recovery, self-education, and transformation opened my eyes: real wellness isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about reconnecting body, mind, and spirit — and rebuilding a life that nourishes all of them.

Using Metabolic Balance® as a foundation, I guide clients toward lasting change with a personalized nutrition plan tailored to their unique metabolism. But I don’t stop there. My approach is deeply holistic: I draw on mindset work, lifestyle redesign, stress-recovery tools, and nervous-system balancing — supporting the whole person, not just symptoms.

I also offer gentle, frequency-based wellness assessments using AO Scan — a non-invasive tool that helps reveal areas where your body may be out of balance before symptoms appear, so we can proactively support your well-being.

At the heart of my coaching practice is the belief that lasting health begins with tuning into your body’s unique needs. Through the Metabolic Balance® program, I create fully individualized nutritional blueprints designed to reset metabolism, balance hormones, and support long-term wellness.

My services weave together multiple layers of support — nutrition, mindset, lifestyle, and energetic well-being — to address the root causes of imbalance rather than simply managing symptoms. Whether your goals include weight loss, hormone balance, stress reduction, renewed energy, or simply feeling more like yourself again, I offer structure, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.

With a compassionate and flexible coaching style, I work especially well with busy professional women navigating heavy workloads, life transitions, or the overwhelm of trying to “do it all.” My goal is to help you reclaim not just your health — but your identity, confidence, and zest for life.
