Sarah graduated from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition in 2014 with Honours. Her passion for finding Holistic practices for her own health issues was the driving force behind her education. Sarah believes there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to creating protocols for herself and her clients. Sarah has spent the last 10+ years creating personalized wellness programs which include treating the entire body, mind and soul. Stress management and nervous system regulation is her focus as without stress management, the bodies adaptability is diminished.

Sarah works closely and personally with each individual. Sarah is also a Spiritual Coach and Registered Massage Therapist who devises thorough and complete programs to create full spectrum healing, restoration and balance of the "whole" body.
