Who is Sandra?

Since 2013, I have been dedicated to helping people (Olympic Athletes) thrive as a Nutritionist and Orthomolecular practitioner in Canada and abroad. With GLP-1's on the rise I am witness to many gut related issues and am here to help support you to transition back to healthy and sustainable eating.

In 2026, I expanded my toolkit by becoming a certified Metabolic Balance Coach—a natural fit for my holistic approach! This wonderful 12-week program gives you a clear, personalized roadmap to build lasting habits with patience, care, and full body-mind-spirit support.
