I take a whole-person, evidence-informed approach to health, combining naturopathic care with a strong understanding of pathology, physiology and conventional healthcare. My focus is helping you better understand what your body may be communicating and creating practical, personalised strategies to support metabolic health, nutrition and long-term wellbeing.
