I have been seeing exciting results from this programme since 2012, and I love nothing more than getting alongside clients to help them with their weight loss goals. I especially love working with people who have 'tried absolutely everything' and feel overwhelmed, or those who might have other challenges such as digestive, metabolic or hormonal issues. I've recently undertaken extra training to allow me to work safely with clients with a history of cancer.
