Information about the coach

I’m Carrie Pratt, L.Ac., an integrative health practitioner with over 25 years of experience in helping people heal on a deeply physical, emotional, and energetic level. My journey into this work is rooted both in science and in lived experience: I hold a B.S. in Neuroscience and a Master’s in Acupuncture, where I trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five-Element Acupuncture.

Early in my career, I worked as an EMT on an ambulance — witnessing first-hand how conventional medications often treated symptoms while triggering new problems, leading to a cascade of side effects and more prescriptions. That experience fueled my belief that there must be a better way: one that doesn’t just patch over illness, but restores balance at the cellular level.

Over the years, I expanded my training into energy medicine — including biomagnetism, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), resonance repatterning, and somatic coaching.

As a mother of three, I deeply understand the pressures of modern life — and how overwhelm, stress, and emotional reactivity can deplete our systems. 

My philosophy is food-first healing. I firmly believe that when we nourish the body with the right foods — tailored specifically to our unique biology — inflammation calms, digestion improves, and our bodies become stronger and more resilient. Then, once the system is reset, we can more wisely assess what additional support (if any) the body needs — without layering on expensive, unnecessary or masking therapies.

My practice blends personalized nutrition, metabolic science, behavior change, and emotional resilience coaching to help people create sustainable, long-term transformation. I support both men & women who want to rebalance their metabolism, restore energy, reduce inflammation & heal from the inside out using a whole-food, individualized approach.

I work with clients experiencing stubborn weight gain, metabolic resistance, hormonal imbalances (including peri-menopause and menopause), low energy, brain fog, poor sleep, blood sugar instability, digestive issues, inflammation, emotional eating patterns, and anyone seeking a personalized plan.
