Hi, I’m Christelle, a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Health Coach and Certified Metabolic Balance® Practitioner specialising in metabolic health, hormones and stubborn weight loss. I’m a real nutritionist for real people — someone who understands real life, not an influencer with a perfect grid or unrealistic rules.
I’ve supported many clients with complex metabolic, digestive and hormonal concerns, both through my own practice and as a freelance practitioner for a specialist women’s hormone and weight-loss clinic. I’ve also reviewed hundreds of advanced tests including blood chemistry, Organic Acids Tests, hormonal panels, DNA analysis and stool tests. This has given me a clear understanding of what women struggle with — and what actually drives change.
But it has also shown me that whilst nutritional therapy and functional testing can take you a long way, nothing delivers the level of transformation I consistently see with Metabolic Balance®.
My journey is not only clinical — it's personal too. After 30 years of yo-yo dieting, low energy, cravings and “doing everything right” without results, I realised the issue wasn’t willpower. It was not knowing what my body truly needed. Retraining in nutritional therapy transformed my health, but discovering Metabolic Balance® brought everything together.

I specialise in supporting women who are ready to take control of their health — women who want sustainable weight loss, better digestion, hormonal balance, reduced inflammation, stable blood sugar and optimal thyroid function, so their body can function at its best.
While my focus is women’s health, I also take on male clients.
My approach gives you clear, personalised guidance based on your biochemistry, so you know exactly what your body needs to make meaningful progress. All consultations are delivered online via Zoom, offering flexible and accessible support for people balancing busy jobs, family commitments and demanding schedules. Although my work is primarily online, limited in-person and out-of-hours appointments (including evening or weekend sessions) may be accommodated on request, depending on availability.
Unlike high-volume programmes where you are one of many, the approach I take is intentionally highly personalised and supportive. I take on only a small number of clients at any one time, ensuring you receive focussed support, continuity and the depth of care you simply can’t get in a “conveyor-belt” style nutrition programme. You are seen, known and supported as an individual — not lost in a large intake.
