Even though I've helped many busy moms regain their energy and balance through personalized nutrition, I know what it is like to struggle to find the energy to get off of the couch and be with my family.

Because years ago, that struggle consumed my life.

I know what it’s like to wake up and feel like you already need a nap, feel like you are walking through mud all day. Oh - and the words…where the heck did my words go? I couldn’t make a complete sentence to save my life.

And to lay down at night thinking about how terrible of a mom and wife I was. I wanted to be so much more present with my family.

It got so bad that I could only spend 30 minutes off the couch at a time to hurry and get the most urgent of responsibilities completed then would have to rest again. That was the turning point.

Not many people knew it was that bad, I hid it well, I was embarrassed, I was angry and actually pretty lonely.

So I know how absolutely miserable it can be.

And, I know what it’s like to be on the other side of it.

To have all the energy again and to have a life where I wake up able to support, love on and enjoy my family. I go to bed at night thanking God for allowing me to go through this struggle so I can help other women like me to also find the other side.

The best part is I am running circles around my family. I have the brain power to help other women, plus take care of my home and family. While having enough energy left over to do things that I find enjoyable – just for me!

And, I want this kind of life for all of the mommas (and grandmommas) out there. That’s why I do the work that I do!
