I’m Daisy — a degree-qualified, NMHNZ-registered Naturopath and Medical Herbalist specialising in healthy ageing, cardiometabolic resilience, cognition, and hormone-smart weight release for women in their 50s and beyond.
My work is rooted in the belief that menopause isn’t an ending, it’s a beginning.
