I’ve been coaching women since 2017, and every year I’ve continued expanding my education in fitness, nutrition, and women’s health so I could better understand my own body—and help others understand theirs. What started as a passion for healthy living and teaching group fitness evolved into a mission to support women through every chapter of midlife, because our needs change, our bodies change, and the support we deserve should change with it.
In 2023, I had a full hysterectomy that pushed me into immediate menopause. Even with years of experience and education, I suddenly found myself gaining weight, feeling bloated, losing muscle, and doing “all the right things” with no results. It was confusing and frustrating, and it pushed me to keep learning—diving deeper into hormones, metabolism, protein needs, inflammation, and now Metabolic Balance.
Metabolic Balance became the missing piece for me. It helped me finally understand why things weren’t working and what my body actually needed based on my blood work. I lost the stubborn weight, rebuilt strength, and felt like myself again—but with more knowledge, more compassion, and more purpose.
That’s why I coach the way I do today.
I know firsthand how overwhelming midlife changes can be. I know what it feels like to be doing everything “right” and still not see results. And I know how life-changing it is to finally have a personalized plan that works with your body instead of against it.
As a coach, I meet women where they are—frustrated, confused, hopeful, or ready for a reset—and I guide them through a simple, supportive, personalized process that brings their body back into balance.
My mission is to help women feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies again. Through education, personalized planning, and steady encouragement, I’m here to show women that lasting change is possible—one little lifestyle change at a time.

My practice, Little Lifestyle Changes, is a fully virtual coaching experience designed to support women through every phase of their Metabolic Balance journey. I work with women who feel stuck—exhausted from dieting, confused by midlife changes, and ready for a personalized plan that finally makes sense for their body.
As a virtual coach, I meet you exactly where you are—but I also guide you toward where you want to be. Strength training is a pillar of my coaching, and I encourage all my clients to move their bodies, build muscle, and support their metabolism. For women who need structure, I provide customized workouts and often recommend joining a gym or finding a space where they can train consistently and confidently.
I guide my clients through every step:
• Understanding their personalized Metabolic Balance nutrition plan
• Learning how to fuel their body based on blood work
• Building strength and protecting muscle while losing unwanted fat
• Creating simple routines that fit real life
• Navigating travel, holidays, social events, and busy seasons without guilt
• Managing symptoms like inflammation, bloating, hot flashes, and weight fluctuations
What makes my coaching different is the support. I check in regularly, hold you accountable, answer your questions, and celebrate your wins—big and small. You always have someone in your corner who understands the physical and emotional realities of midlife health.
