Hello, I am Dr. Julia Timofeeva (PsyD), a psychologist who helps people transform their relationship with food and create lasting healthy habits.

I work with the Metabolic Balance program because I believe that true change happens when we understand when we understand why we eat in a certain way. I help you become more conscious of your eating habits, understand your body's signals, and recognize when you are truly hungry versus when you eat out of boredom, stress, or habit.

My mission is to help you transform not only your metabolism, but your entire relationship with food. By combining the scientific approach of Metabolic Balance, without subjecting you to starvation, with mindfulness techniques and psychological support, I help you make conscious choices and enjoy both food and life, achieving emotional well-being and life balance.
