With a post graduate qualification in Food Science and over 15 years of experience in the food industry, Georgina brings a unique insider’s perspective on how our food is produced—the politics, marketing, and hidden ingredients that shape what ends up on our plates. This experience opened her eyes to how far modern food has drifted from what truly supports our health and wellbeing.
Motivated to make a positive difference, Georgina retrained as a Nutritional Therapist, helping clients use food as a powerful tool to restore balance, energy, and vitality.
After the birth of her third child, Georgina personally struggled with low energy and stubborn weight gain, despite her professional knowledge. Like many women in their 40s, she realised that what once worked no longer did. Discovering Metabolic Balance® was life-changing—it transformed her health, metabolism, and energy levels. Inspired by her own results, she trained as a Metabolic Balance Coach to guide others through the same empowering process.
Georgina now specialises in supporting women in their 40s and 50s, helping them navigate the hormonal and metabolic changes of perimenopause and menopause. She deeply understands the real-life pressures and demands women face—balancing careers, families, and endless to-do lists—often while putting their own health last.
Her approach is compassionate, realistic, and results-driven. By combining her deep knowledge of nutrition and food science with the personalised Metabolic Balance® programme, Georgina helps women rebalance their metabolism, restore their energy, and feel vibrant, confident, and in control of their health once again.

Georgina offers a fully online, flexible nutrition coaching practice, designed to fit around the demands of busy lives. She specialises in personalised Metabolic Balance® programmes, helping women in their 40s and 50s navigate hormonal and metabolic changes with confidence.
Each journey begins with a comprehensive 1-hour initial consultation, where Georgina reviews your full health history, current challenges, lifestyle, and goals. This forms the foundation for a tailored plan that’s unique to you.
Throughout the programme, Georgina provides ongoing coaching sessions and troubleshooting, offering practical guidance, answering questions, and helping you overcome obstacles along the way. Her online and flexible approach makes it easy to stay consistent, even with work, family, and other commitments.
Whether your focus is improving energy, metabolism, hormone balance, or weight management, Georgina’s practice is centred on understanding you as an individual. She helps women make lasting, confident changes and regain vitality, balance, and a positive relationship with food.
