I’m Jana Prendergast, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Metabolic Balance® Coach, and yoga instructor. My background spans both the pharmaceutical industry and holistic wellness, which gives me a grounded, practical, and well-rounded understanding of how the body works. I’m here to help women feel steady, clear, and genuinely supported as they work toward better metabolic, hormonal, and digestive health.

I work with women who are tired of feeling inflamed, bloated, low-energy, or out of sync with their bodies. Metabolic Balance® gives us a clear, personalized blueprint based on your biochemistry. From there, I guide you through a simple, structured, and sustainable process that helps your body shift into balance—without restriction, overwhelm, or complicated rules.

My yoga background shapes how I coach. I pay close attention to stress, sleep, breath, nervous-system activation, and the daily patterns that influence metabolism and cravings. You’ll notice that I offer calm, realistic guidance; steady accountability; and support that meets you where you are. Nothing is pushed. Nothing is rushed. It’s about creating a plan that’s doable and nourishing for your body and your life.

Clients describe working with me as grounding, clear, and reassuring. I take the time to understand your symptoms, challenges, and routines so I can offer guidance that actually fits. My goal is to help you trust your body again, feel more regulated, and experience what it’s like to have energy, digestion, and mood working with you—not against you.

Well Nourished Nutrition is a holistic wellness practice that combines personalized nutrition, metabolic support, and nervous-system awareness to help women feel steady, clear, and well in their bodies again. Using Metabolic Balance® as a science-backed foundation, I create individualized plans that support blood sugar balance, smoother digestion, calmer hormones, and sustainable weight shifts.

The practice is grounded, simple, and supportive. You’ll receive a structured plan based on your biochemistry, along with practical coaching that helps you bring it into your daily life. We look at stress, sleep, movement, mindset, and the habits that affect digestion and metabolism—because real change happens when all of those pieces are considered together.

My background in both yoga and the pharmaceutical industry allows me to approach your health from two angles: the scientific and the whole-person. Clients appreciate that the process feels thoughtful, clear, and doable—not overwhelming. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s helping you feel more in control, more balanced, and more connected to your body.

Women often come to this practice looking for relief from low energy, bloating, cravings, perimenopause changes, weight shifts, and feeling “off” or out of rhythm. They stay because they feel supported, understood, and able to make changes that last.
