I'm Dr. Linda Hillebrand, a Functional Nutrition and Longevity Coach and licensed Metabolic Balance® practitioner. As a former OB/GYN, I understand the physical and emotional transitions women face through perimenopause and menopause--and how nutrition, metabolism, and stress physiology are deeply connected.

I'm a national board-certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with advanced training in Functional Nutrition, Integrative Medicine, and HeartMath® stress-resilience techniques. I help women restore metabolic health, improve digestion, and achieve a healthy, sustainable weight. My approach includes evidence-based strategies that strengthen emotional resilience and directly support hormonal and metabolic balance.

I work with women who want more than symptom management--they want lasting vitality. Through metabolic reset, mindful stress support, and individualized nutrition grounded in science, I guide clients toward a stable weight, better digestion, improved sleep, and balanced mood.

My philosophy is simple: when your metabolic health is optimized, everything else follows--energy, mood, and long-term well-being.

Information on practice

I work virtually with clients across the United States through my signature Longevity Reset program, which centers around the Metabolic Balance® framework. This four-month program provides a personalized food plan based on lab values, metabolic markers, and individual goals. Each client receives one-on-one guidance, ongoing accountability, and practical support to make healthy living achievable in daily life.

The focus is on restoring metabolic health, improving digestion, and achieving a stable, sustainable weight. Sessions include nutrition guidance, support for stress-resilience and quality sleep, and practical tools that support long-term results.

My goal is to help clients feel energetic, clear-headed, and confident in their bodies again--living in a way that supports both longevity and joy.
