About Lucinda — Metabolic Balance®️ Coach & Founder of Intelligent Wellness
Hello, I’m Lucinda.
I’m the founder of iWellness and I work with metabolic balance and lifestyle led health restoration. My approach is grounded, practical, and deliberately free from diet culture, optimisation pressure, and fear-based health messaging.
Through the iWellness Method, I support people to restore metabolic stability in a way that fits real life. Nutrition is kept simple and sustainable, no morally superior diets, no rigid rules, and no expectation that health should take over your life. I focus on real food over packaged food, consistency over intensity, and habits people can actually live with.
I offer a 12-week Metabolic Balance coached programme, providing structure, nervous system support, and ongoing guidance so changes can be integrated calmly and sustainably. Clients who relish extra support choose to stay longer on their terms or stay connected by joining the iWellness Club to feel they have available coaching by someone who understands their blueprint at their fingertips tips moving forward. This work is especially supportive through midlife metabolic shifts, stress-related weight gain, post-diet recovery, and for anyone wanting a steadier, more relaxed relationship with food and health.
My philosophy is simple:
The ordinary stuff often works - and ordinary is usually what lasts.
I’m a foodie myself, I also enjoy eating out and simple cafe time with friends and this approach is what has supported my own health and weight for nearly a decade.
Clients range from a female aged 23 for hormonal health to a pre diabetic male aged 88. Everyone is welcome. If I were asked to pinpoint my client base I would say over 40 and female, I personally am post menopause and looking forward to my next decade of true balance.

My favourite way of working with clients since 2017 is without doubt- personalised metabolic balance plans. Check out the blog on my website below, we use functional blood testing, assessing up to 36 blood values and always seeing them in a nutritional context, alongside symptoms, lifestyle, stress load, and personal history. I’m not interested in chasing “perfect” numbers, but in understanding patterns and translating them into thoughtful, personalised support. These results are great to share with your GP for further insight if required.
I am registered and certified in Holistic Therapy, Functional Nutrition and Metabolic Balance. I am accredited as a UK and International Health Coach
