Inspired by my mother’s wisdom, “If you start cutting corners on food, you’ve already gone wrong,” I have always adopted an approach to nutrition that prioritizes strength, nourishment, and still allows for genuine enjoyment.
What sets me apart is not only my broad professional knowledge but also my personal journey. Asthma, allergies, hair loss, neurodermatitis, and an unfulfilled desire to have a child once shaped my daily life. Seeking a solution beyond medication, I discovered the transformative power of tailored, health-focused nutrition. The methods I developed during that time have since become the foundation of my coaching and training programmes. The fact that I once needed an inhaler three times a day and now reach for it perhaps once a year, if at all, demonstrates how profoundly a balanced metabolism can influence one’s health.
My approach also brought about another life-changing result: it enabled me to become a healthy mother later in life, to a bright and joyful son. This personal milestone reminds me every day of the extraordinary impact that nutrition can have on vitality, resilience, and overall strength.
