Hi, I am Nilofar, a registered nutritional therapist. I have seen through my own journey and over my years in practice, the transformative effects of eating the right foods, on our health and well-being.
The foods we choose to eat, promote either health or disease.
It is my passion to educate on the benefits of healthy eating - by choosing delicious, vibrant foods and following a balanced lifestyle, we can improve our health outcomes.
Many years ago, before i became a nutritionist, I had felt unwell for a long time. I had regular bouts of diarrhoea, poor sleep, dry skin, poor stress management and high levels of anxiety, and by changing the way I ate and modifying my lifestyle choices, I saw my health transform. Amazingly, my mood, sleep quality, skin health, weight and stress handling all improved. I have never looked back and have since helped many people experience it for themselves.
The beauty of the Metabolic Balance Plan is that it is a unique, ready-made food plan created just for you by an algorithm, based on your unique blood markers, health problems, current medications and personal food preferences. It requires some patience and perseverance but the results speak for themselves. Home cooking with a personalised list of fresh vegetables, fruits, healthy proteins and fats, plenty of hydration, and 8 simple common-sense eating rules, is the essence of the plan. I am based in North London and am happy to see clients in person or via zoom.
Before we can generate a Metabolic Balance Plan, I need clients to provide recent blood test results or I am happy to organise a blood draw appointment for them at a laboratory near them. We will also need some simple body measurements and a discussion about goals, health concerns and diet preferences. With all that information, we can create a unique MB food plan to support your health goals and symptoms.
Throughout their journey, I work with my clients supporting, encouraging and offering solutions, especially with meal ideas, if they ever feel stuck.
