I’m a Clinical Nutritionist and Metabolic Balance® practitioner working with women in midlife who feel that their metabolism has become harder to understand, manage or trust.
My background blends clinical nutrition, personalised health training (epigenetics) and health & wellness coaching. I specialise in supporting women navigating perimenopause and menopause, especially those managing fatigue, weight gain, hormone changes, or thyroid concerns such as Hashimoto’s.
My approach is personal and practical. I take time to understand your symptoms, history, routines, stresses and what life looks like for you. From there, we build a nutrition and lifestyle plan that feels realistic, grounded and supportive rather than restrictive.
Metabolic Balance® gives us a structured foundation, and our work together shapes it into something that genuinely fits your body and your life.
Women work with me because they want thoughtful guidance, informed support and someone who understands the physical and emotional load of midlife - not just the science.

At Delightfully Well, I offer personalised Metabolic Balance® programs for women across Australia, delivered online from my home in the Blue Mountains, NSW.
Metabolic Balance® provides a structured nutritional framework based on your blood values, and together we refine it so it works beautifully into your life, your routines, your preferences and the way you choose to care for your health. My work is thoughtful and thorough, with a focus on helping you build habits that feel stable and sustainable rather than demanding.
Women come to me for support with weight changes, hormone symptoms, fatigue, digestive issues, and thyroid concerns, particularly in the midlife years when health can feel more complex. I take time to understand your history and your day-to-day reality so your plan feels personal, achievable, and genuinely supportive of where you are now.
My intention is to help you work confidently with your body, not against it - and to give you the structure and guidance needed to create meaningful, long-term change.
