About Me
Growing up in India and later traveling through many countries, I developed a deep appreciation for how food shapes identity, culture, and community. Today, I am settled in Canada and also spend part of the year in Madeira, Portugal. These experiences have helped me understand how closely food is connected to lifestyle, tradition, and personal history. They allow me to guide clients with cultural sensitivity and practical insight when navigating food choices across different environments.
As a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner and Metabolic Balance Coach, I support clients through evidence-based nutrition, circadian rhythm alignment, and personalized coaching. My approach is grounded in the belief that life is not static. Stress, seasons, travel, celebrations, responsibilities, and unexpected events all influence how our body responds. My role is to walk alongside clients as a long-term coach, helping them adapt their health strategies with compassion and clarity.
I am passionate about simplifying complex science into easy steps and helping clients put the many pieces of their health puzzle together. This includes hormones, digestion, sleep, inflammation, stress, mindset, and metabolism. My work focuses on transformation and resilience. I guide clients to reconnect with their bodies and build habits that honour their cultural background, lifestyle, and health goals.
My practice is entirely online, which allows me to support clients from different parts of the world, including Canada, the USA, India, and Portugal. It is a privilege to help people regain their energy, confidence, and metabolic health through structured plans, accountability, and genuine support. At the heart of my work is this belief: when we understand our bodies and nourish them well, we create a life that feels aligned, vibrant, and balanced.

Information About My Nutrition Practice
My nutrition practice is fully online, allowing me to work with clients across Canada, the USA, India, Portugal, and other regions. This global approach reflects my own multicultural background. Growing up in India, living in Canada, and spending part of the year in Madeira have shown me how deeply food connects to culture, social life, and emotional comfort. I help clients create nutrition plans that respect their traditions, environments, and day-to-day realities.
The practice integrates Metabolic Balance, functional nutrition, circadian rhythm alignment, and lifestyle coaching to support long-term metabolic healing. Every program begins with a thorough assessment that includes health history, symptom review, and, where available, blood work analysis. Clients receive a personalized nutrition plan designed around their unique biochemistry.
I specialize in long-term coaching rather than quick fixes. Life is dynamic and constantly changing. Travel, social events, work pressure, stress, family needs, and shifting health conditions all influence how we eat and how our body responds. My coaching helps clients navigate these changes with confidence so they can maintain progress and continue evolving.
Clients receive individualized food lists, meal planning guidance, supplement suggestions, and regular coaching support. Education is an important part of the process. I help clients understand how metabolism, digestion, hormones, inflammation, sleep, and stress all work together. This understanding builds confidence and supports sustainable change.
My mission is to help individuals rebuild metabolic resilience and create habits that elevate their wellbeing. With a culturally aware approach, compassionate guidance, and structured nutritional strategies, my practice supports clients in transforming their health and improving their quality of life in a sustainable and meaningful way.
