I’m Susie, a Brisbane-based clinical nutritionist and certified Metabolic Balance® practitioner dedicated to helping clients achieve transformational health and vitality. With a strong foundation in therapeutic nutrition and a particular focus on ADHD support, I guide individuals through evidence-based, personalised nutrition plans that align with their biochemistry, lifestyle and goals.

My journey began when I realised the power of food as medicine. Not just for weight management or energy, but for brain health, pain management, fertility and sustainable wellbeing. I combine my experience in clinical consults with the structured, scientifically grounded Metabolic Balance® method to deliver meaningful outcomes. I understand firsthand the impact of going beyond fad diets and embracing a tailored approach that supports your whole system.

Whether you’re navigating ADHD, fatigue, hormonal/metabolic issues, or seeking to reclaim your best self through the Metabolic Balance® program, you’re in the right place. Why?

A proven system: The Metabolic Balance® framework is based on your blood results, health history and goals, you get a personalised food plan delivered through a structured 6-consult program. This isn’t guesswork; it’s a guided, research-driven process.

Practical support: I integrate lifestyle, diet and mindset - specially relevant for clients with ADHD or busy schedules. We build realistic meal structures, streamline admin so you don’t feel overwhelmed, and use strong systems so nothing falls through the cracks. I have also created a repository for my patients with loads of useful resources.

Flexible access: My in-clinic days are Thursday to Saturday when I do in person consults. I also offer telehealth. If there are times that you'd like but you cant see availability online, just drop me a message and we can work something out.

Commitment to excellence: My clients can expect timely feedback, clear next steps and genuine accountability. I’m also continuously building my skills so your care is cutting-edge.

I am also passionate about pathology and being able to interpret your blood results in a way that identifies the whispers of disease rather than waiting until symptoms are shouting at you. I welcome you for a review of your blood results after your program so we can compare your before and after.
