Michaela is a BANT-registered Nutritional Therapist and qualified Metabolic Balance® Coach who specialises in helping busy midlife professionals rebalance their hormones, reset their metabolism, and restore their natural energy through personalised nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
She believes that food is powerful medicine — and that with the right plan, you can calm inflammation, support digestion, and achieve sustainable weight loss while feeling more vibrant and in control of your health.
Metabolic Balance® is at the core of Michaela’s work: an award-winning, evidence-based nutrition programme designed to balance hormones, stabilise blood sugar, improve gut health, and support long-term metabolic health and weight management.
Since qualifying in 2020, Michaela has supported clients with a wide range of concerns, including hormone imbalance, digestive issues (IBS, SIBO, reflux), low energy, sleep problems, skin issues, joint pain, weight gain, and stress management. She is also qualified to provide specialised nutritional support for individuals diagnosed with cancer—before, during and after treatment—and works compassionately with clients navigating past or current disordered eating challenges.
Michaela’s approach is holistic, practical, and deeply supportive. She helps clients understand their body’s signals, create realistic habits that fit into everyday life, and develop the confidence to sustain their results long term.
